Picked up the phone and after a pause, some bloke finally spoke up - instantly made me suspicious. He claimed to be from Rancom Security and started grilling me about details of my home. I asked straight up why he needed to know that stuff. As soon as he understood I wasn’t going to play along, he got quite nasty and just cut me off mid-chat. Any honest company wouldn’t behave like that with a potential client.

Got a call from some credit management place, but I didn’t recognise the number so I just ignored it. Tried ringing them back but no one seemed free to chat. Ended up blocking the number.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from a credit firm. When I inquired whether they were a scam and requested their FCA registration number, they resorted to swearing and hurling insults at me. Quite unprofessional, really!
