They kept going on about some O2 upgrade but I couldn’t make head nor tail of it. I just ended up blocking the number.

Found it rather dodgy, they pretended to be from O2 but couldn't verify anything, plus they asked for info that O2 would never request.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from O2, my mobile provider. I told him I wasn’t a customer of O2 and suggested he take his scam elsewhere. He ended the call quite abruptly. To be honest, I struggled to catch what he was saying due to his thick accent.
