I received a call purporting to be from EE, but let me tell you, the quality was absolutely dreadful. I could hardly make out what the caller was saying, and the whole exchange was like trying to decipher a foreign language! To top it off, the caller's tone was rather off-putting; her abrupt manner and insistence on sensitive information had me suspecting that this was nothing but a scam.
