I said hi a couple of times first, then after a pause, he came back with ‘Hi, I’m ringing from Three, how’s it going?’ I said I’m fine but asked what the call was about because I was actually at a family funeral. He didn’t bother answering and just kept going, saying ‘Ma’am, I’m from Three and I want to offer you a better deal on your phone, how much do you usually pay each month?’ If he really worked for Three, he would have known that already.
