I got a call, supposedly from the HSBC fraud team, telling me to ring this number straight away and give them a reference code. But when I tried to call back, the number didn’t work at all. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

Received a call from this number claiming to be HSBC's fraud team after they spotted some dodgy activity on my credit card. Turns out there really was a suspicious charge online, so the call was legit. Definitely HSBC trying to sort out a fraud issue on my card.
