Turns out it was a fake call centre. They told me they'd "accidentally" refund £6000 instead of £600 and then expect me to pay back £5400 or else they'd lose their job. Complete rubbish though - no actual money ever reaches you. They mess around with the website's HTML to fake a refund showing on your account.
