I received a call from someone claiming to be from Talk Talk Technical Support. Naturally, I reached out to Talk Talk directly to verify this, and they informed me that no such call was placed. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

was just a woman who laughed like mad and then hung up without saying a thing. proper silly behaviour if u ask me.

Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent who gave the name John Smith, claiming he was calling from TalkTalk about error messages on my PC. He tried to prove he was legit by quoting my IP address, internet ID and account details, then told me to sit by my computer so he could guide me through some steps. When I told him I was sceptical about him being from TalkTalk, he warned me he’d cut off my internet! There was a lot of noise in the background too, which made it even more dodgy.
