This number keeps ringing me loads, but every time I pick up, they just hang up. I tried blocking it, but then a very similar number started calling instead. Proper annoying!

I've gotten a couple of calls from this number on my home phone. Whenever I pick up, they just hang up straight away. The one time someone actually talked, they claimed there was a problem with my internet! Pretty clear it's a dodgy call, probably from an Indian call centre pretending to be local. Best thing to do is just ignore or block them.

This number has rang my home phone quite a few times. The few times I picked up, they just ended the call straight away. Once, they actually said something about a problem with my internet but it sounded dodgy to me. Pretty clear it’s a scam from some call centre in India pretending to be local. Best thing is to just ignore or block it!

I keep getting phone calls throughout the day from someone purporting to be from TalkTalk. They’re claiming there’s an issue with my router and are planning to drop off a new one on Saturday, insisting they need to install it themselves. The odd thing is, I haven’t provided them with my address yet, and this is turning into quite the nuisance!

Today I’ve had about five calls from someone saying they’re from TalkTalk, saying there's a problem with my computer they can sort. I’m just not answering anymore, I think it’s a scam or something.

Received a call purporting to originate from Microsoft. They were inquiring about my computer; however, when I mentioned that I didn’t own one, the caller proceeded to ask what device I did possess. I countered with, “If there’s an issue, shouldn’t you already know what I have?” This was followed by a rather awkward silence of about two minutes, after which I could hear him conversing with someone else in another language, sharing a laugh before the line abruptly went dead. Quite the peculiar experience!

I received a call purporting to be from Microsoft, requesting various personal information, including the software number for my laptop. However, when I mentioned that I didn’t possess a computer or laptop, the caller promptly ended the conversation. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Got a call from a UK number, they claimed to be from Microsoft but it was clearly a scam. I reckon it was one of those call centres in India or somewhere in Asia. When I started questioning them, they just hung up straight away.

This number rang telling me I was paying £7 a month for some TV insurance and offered to lower my bill. I told them I don’t have any sort of cover like that and then they just ended the call. I’m not answering again and have blocked the number now.

Received a call earlier today claiming I'm shelling out £7 a month for television insurance, which she offered to lower to £5. When I clarified that I don't actually have any insurance, she insisted I do, and that it's deducted from my account via Direct Debit. Oddly enough, she suggested I verify this on my bank statement-completely ridiculous, considering she must realise it wouldn’t be noted there! I've put a block on the number.

I missed the call while I was out and it landed on my answering machine. It sounded very much like a call centre, likely situated in India. The background noise was overwhelming, filled with a cacophony of voices chattering away. I swiftly deleted it and then added the number to my block list.

Just got a call from an Indian call centre a moment ago. I could hear people chatting in the background. A lady asked for me by name, but when I asked who was calling, she suddenly went silent. I tried asking again who I was speaking to, and then she just ended the call. I've blocked the number now!
