Turned out to be someone from an energy firm - Eco-something, if I caught that right. The call felt dodgy from the start, especially with the delay and the woman speaking with a strong Indian accent. I told her we’re not looking to switch our heating supplier and that the call smelt a bit scammy. Pretty predictable, she hung up straight away. She was going on about inspecting my loft to supposedly help me save on energy bills. Then she offered to set up an appointment with their team to take a look.
