They mentioned I was eligible for a phone upgrade, which was actually right, but I’d already sorted it out face-to-face at EE. Despite that, the calls didn’t stop. The company on the line is called HDS. They wanted to offer me an upgrade and also asked if I’d be interested in selling my old phone.
