Those sorts of phone calls feel rather ominous, don't you think?

I attempted to get in touch with my husband and specifically requested to speak to him by name. The person on the other end informed me that he was at work. When I pressed for details, she claimed to be with the industrial health office and mentioned my husband had an appointment. I countered, asserting that was untrue, which seemed to upset her. She then questioned whether I thought she was fabricating the story, stating she had his mobile number and would reach out to him directly. So, I challenged her, saying, "Well, go ahead then, but he doesn’t even own a mobile!”

I've been receiving numerous calls from this particular number. Just today, they tried reaching out again, inquiring about my mum. Upon informing them that I'm her daughter, they abruptly hung up. Quite peculiar, don't you think?

They keep insisting they're from some sort of industrial company, but it's a complete fabrication. I've received multiple calls, and each time they deny it - utterly ridiculous! I informed them that I would be raising this issue with the authorities, but that seemed to fall on deaf ears. I’ve made up my mind to escalate this by reaching out to my MP every single day until he acknowledges the nuisance these calls are!

Some bloke phoned me claiming he was from an industrial company, mentioned bits of my job history and said I worked in a factory. He kept insisting I needed a hearing check and told me I was already booked in for one next week. It sounded a bit believable since I'd actually worked in a factory before. Still, I didn’t like how he kept talking over me. Feels a bit off, don’t reckon a genuine health service would just cold call like that. The way he was going on was a bit off-putting.

I've been getting incessant calls from this number, purporting to be affiliated with industrial workers. As someone who has prior experience in that field, I initially dismissed their claims rather curtly. When that didn't seem to do the trick, I employed some rather colourful language from the vernacular of our ancestors. To my surprise, they rang me back not once, but twice more! Quite the persistence, isn't it?

I just had a rather peculiar experience with a cold caller from the National Advice Clinic claiming that I’d been involved in an accident. Well, news to me! I certainly don’t recall any such incident. Seems they’re rather persistent in their assertion! The number that rang me was 02393479996.

I had a peculiar call from this number earlier. The voice on the other end greeted me with a chipper “Hello, George of the Jungle!” before abruptly cutting off. Quite odd, wouldn't you say?

Yesterday, which was a Tuesday, my wife received a rather peculiar phone call from this number. The caller addressed her by name and then went on to ask for me as well, claiming to have knowledge of our previous careers in the industry. To say he was mistaken would be an understatement. It’s high time we had some stringent regulations to tackle these intrusive calls!

I picked up the phone and the caller mentioned my name straight away. I decided not to confirm my identity, stating it depended on who was on the line. The caller claimed they were from the police station. I replied with an 'Alright then' and he chuckled, saying he figured that would do the trick. I then asked to chat with a supervisor, to which he replied, 'He’s not keen on having a natter with you, mate!'

I'm completely fed up with this incessant annoyance! Every time I pick up the phone, they hang up without a word. It’s beyond frustrating. I’m certainly going to block them for good!
