This bloke rang me, saying it was about some payout from an industrial job I apparently did five years back. I told him to find a real job instead. He said he’s only 17, works about three hours a day for £400, and asked me what I meant by a real job. I just told him it’s one where you don’t ring people out of the blue, make stuff up, and waste their time. When I asked for his company’s actual name, he said “Industrial Workers Office,” then had a laugh and hung up. Got a call out of the blue from someone saying they were with the National Advice Clinic telling me I’d been in an accident. I kept telling them that wasn’t true but they acted like they knew better. I must’ve just forgotten about it or something! The number was 02393479996 if anyone wants to look out for it.

Got a call from this number, some random person just said "hello george of the jungle" and then just hung up on me. Very odd!

Yesterday, my wife received a ring from this number on Tuesday. The caller asked for her specifically, then went on to ask for me by name too. He kept claiming he knew we’d both been in the industry, which was completely off. Honestly, these sorts of calls should be properly regulated with new laws.

Got a call and they wanted to speak to me by name. I didn't confirm right away, said it all depends who’s on the line. Then the person claimed to be from the police station. I just said ‘alright’ and they chuckled, saying they figured that'd get a reaction. I asked to talk to their supervisor, but they replied, ‘he ain’t up for chatting with you, mate!’

So annoying, I keep getting calls with no ring sound and when I pick up, they just hang up right away. I'm seriously thinking of blocking these numbers for good...
