I had an encounter with a rather tenacious young lady on the phone earlier. When I inquired about the mysterious 'claims company' she represented, she erupted into laughter, insisting that was indeed their company name, although it was completely alien to me. Despite my repeated requests for her to remove my number from their records, she seemed rather keen on knowing my reasons. It was as if the phrase "not interested" was completely lost on her! She kept insisting that I might be in line for a substantial refund regarding some financial deal. "We're definitely not PPI," she added, as if that would sway my decision. Quite frankly, I don’t believe a word of it! - the caller: The Claims Company.
