I received a call from someone claiming to be from 'Vodafone', suggesting we could upgrade our contract and lower our monthly bill. However, we'd already upgraded just a few days ago, so it was clear this wasn't a legitimate Vodafone call. Curious about the offer, we decided to call them back, hoping to learn more about the lower tariff. But as soon as we mentioned our interest in upgrading to an iPhone, they abruptly informed us that they couldn't assist and ended the conversation. In the end, we did manage to upgrade to an iPhone directly through Vodafone, as it should be done. It feels like these are just sales people with some inside knowledge about Vodafone's services.
