Got a call from someone claiming to be with EE talking about my phone plan, but when they couldn’t tell me my name I just ended the call.

As soon as I picked up the phone, the call ended straight away. I could hear several people talking in the background, so I reckon it was some sort of call centre.

somebody rang me claiming they were from 02 wanting to switch my account to a business one. i cut them off straight away because i got a call like that a few days back which turned out to be a scam. so i just said no thanks and ended the call.
