Just got another call from Zenith.again and honestly, it's getting ridiculous. I've told them over and over that the house is sorted and there's nothing more to do. For the past three years, they've promised I'm off their sales list, yet the calls keep coming. My husband usually picks up and all we get is silence on the other end. These calls are almost as frustrating as those constant ones from Rahib at the Microsoft Windows helpdesk or Alicia from BT internet support.

Someone rang me asking for a Mr Terry, which isn’t my last name at all. When I told them they’d got it wrong, they just ended the call. I could hear people laughing and chatting after it. Really odd behaviour!

Got another call from zenith today. Heard these lot were actually taken to court in Guildford some years back because of their pushy sales tactics. If they manage to set up a meeting with you, be ready - they don’t mess about and the pressure to buy is real. I’ve been through it myself, definitely not a nice time.
