Pcc used to be my housing officer. If you rent from pcc, you should already have the phone number for your nearest pcc office since this one doesn’t take incoming calls.

When I listened back, a woman with a polite voice said she was calling from Portsmouth about some service, something about a water leak and my neighbour getting affected.
