I recently received a call from a number that seemed rather suspicious, especially since it followed closely on the heels of another one. There was some chatter about whether the previous call was indeed from a legitimate Vodafone representative, and judging by the way this latest one came through, it certainly raised my eyebrows. It’s quite peculiar, isn’t it, to receive two calls of this nature in quick succession? Even if this one could be the real deal, I can’t help but feel a bit unsure. The number in question that got me pondering was 08080600832.

I called to inquire about an upgrade and to discuss our ongoing service with Vodafone. However, as soon as I mentioned our number, they abruptly ended the call. Quite disappointing, really!

Interestingly, we've never answered the calls since we didn't recognise the number. Turns out it's Carphone Warehouse! Quite pleased with Vodafone, to be honest!
