I reached out regarding our business phone number and was thoroughly impressed by the stellar sales approach they had in place. The post-sale support was equally commendable, assisting us in setting up our new BlackBerry email with ease. I would certainly suggest this service to my mates and family. I received a call regarding our Vodafone contract, during which they proposed an upgrade. However, they managed to uncover a business plan that actually saves us around £60 each month! We typically ignore unsolicited sales calls, but the gentleman was not at all pushy and gave us a couple of weeks to think it over. Their website claims they are independent communications advisors, but we've come to learn that AboutComms is merely the business division of the same company. Quite interesting!

I received a missed call from this number on the 4th of August 2009 at precisely 1:50pm. They rang a couple of times after that, but I ended up hanging up on them each time. I'm wondering if this number is legitimate or just another scam. Anyone else had an experience with it?

I received several calls from this number recently. When we finally managed to pick up and engage, it turned out to be a telecoms dealer called "aboutcomms." They informed us that we were on an unsuitable tariff for our business requirements and mentioned they could offer assistance. To keep it brief, we ended up securing a fantastic deal for three phones, which will save us around £60 each month. It’s a refreshing realisation that not all these callers are trying to pull a fast one. Really impressed with the service provided!

AboutComms Ltd offers a fantastic service where they help you compare mobile tariffs, ultimately helping you save some cash. We reside not far from their location and decided to pop by in person. The staff were incredibly helpful, and thanks to their advice, we’ve managed to cut our mobile expenses by £30 a week. Absolutely can't complain about that!

Received a couple of calls on my mobile regarding an upgrade or a fresh contract. Eventually opted for the new contract since it was a more advantageous offer. The representative had excellent phone etiquette-very polite and not at all overbearing.

Had a missed call from this number on the 4th of August 2009 at precisely 1:50 in the afternoon. They rang a couple of times but didn’t bother to engage-just hung up! Is this a legitimate number, or has it got scam vibes written all over it?

Received a call concerning our agreement, but despite them promising to call me back regarding our phone, I've yet to hear anything. Quite frustrating, really!

We received our phone just a week ago and the first bill has already arrived. It's a delightful surprise to find it £15 less than expected! Honestly, it's hard to find fault with that, especially considering the additional minutes and texts we are now enjoying. Plus, there’s the added bonus of free calls to Ireland! I’d certainly suggest giving it a go!

Oh crikey! After going through so many glowing reviews, it seems we've had the misfortune of dealing with one of the sales chaps on a bad day. We made the decision to go for a contract with 3, taking two mobiles which we thought would knock off around £40 each month. Little did we know, it would end up costing us even more since we can't seem to get a decent signal with 3. Typical, isn't it?

I gave AboutComms a ring, and they helped me save on my mobile bills while also sorting me out with a new phone. What a brilliant experience!

Received a call regarding our agreement with Vodafone, and the chap suggested an upgrade or a more favourable offer with Orange, which we decided to accept as it saves us a nice £15. He was incredibly accommodating, without any of that typical pressure you often encounter during sales calls. Excellent service, I must say!

We manage ten company phones, and our monthly bills were soaring beyond £1000! Amazingly, these folks managed to slash our expenses down to approximately £450! It’s astounding how much we’ve saved on our phone costs. To top it off, we've received consistently excellent service as well!

I received a call from this number, claiming our contract was due for renewal and that we were shelling out far too much. Our monthly bills have consistently been over £100, but these folks managed to uncover a plan that allows us to call Denmark at no cost, which is just brilliant! No one else has ever been able to do this for us. The lovely lady on the line assured me that she'd be our dedicated account manager, keeping an eye on our bills so we don't get hit with any surprises again. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services!

I keep getting calls from these numbers even though I’m signed up with the Telephone Preference Service. When I asked them about it, they were quite dodgy, claiming we must have overlooked renewing our registration - which, I assure you, we definitely didn’t.

Absolutely appalling service from Aboutcomms! They certainly have a slick sales pitch, but that's where their reliability ends. I recently set up a new mobile contract with them, expecting a smooth transition, including a promised discount cheque and the transfer of my number. Yet, two weeks on, I'm still in the same boat, continuing to pay without any of the perks I was promised. I even had a conversation with Director David, who assured me everything would be sorted. Clearly, his assurances are as empty as their commitments. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these folks; they don’t honour their word!
