2 yearsGot a call earlier today at 12:57 from a Portsmouth number, 02392 - 599458. After picking up, there was a brief silence, then a recorded message started playing. It was a woman claiming to be from my bank’s security team. She said I’d supposedly made two recent payments - one for £199 to Amazon and another £899 to some foreign currency place. Then she told me to press 1 to confirm these transactions. Obviously, this was complete rubbish, just another scam trying to trick people.
