Don’t pay any mind to the rubbish! If you find yourself twiddling your thumbs on a slow day, just humour them a bit-engage in some chit-chat, and when they come looking for more info, hit them with a firm, ‘Now, look here!’ It’s a surefire tactic! 😄

some bloke called joe claiming he was from 02, asking about my calls, tariffs and how much i pay monthly. he then tried to offer a "better deal" but then asked for my sort code and bank details saying he’d send me a new sim with the deal. feels a bit dodgy so gonna ring 02 directly and check if this is legit or not. really not sure about it.

Quite the experience with those O2 representatives, I must say. Their approach could do with a bit of refinement- manners seem to be in short supply, and their rather pushy sales tactic left much to be desired. Perhaps the company ought to consider providing some additional training for their staff? This is a call centre connected to the 02 brand. It's full of rude, clueless youngsters who don't seem to have a clue. If you ask them to take your number off their list, they might actually do it, but honestly, you're better off just switching providers than dealing with these muppets.

This lot are from a call centre linked to the O2 conglomerate. The team seems to be made up of rather foolish, cheeky young lads and lasses who appear to lack any common sense. If you happen to request that they take your number off their list, there’s a chance they might comply, but honestly, it would be wiser to steer clear of O2 altogether!
