Honestly, I just tell them to jog on if I’m not up for it. But if I’ve got time to kill, I’ll mess about, act like I’m really into it, play along a bit, then once they start digging for more info, I just tell them to shove off. Never fails to crack me up. ;-)

some bloke called joe claiming he was from 02, asking about my calls, tariffs and how much i pay monthly. he then tried to offer a "better deal" but then asked for my sort code and bank details saying he’d send me a new sim with the deal. feels a bit dodgy so gonna ring 02 directly and check if this is legit or not. really not sure about it.

The people calling from O2 sound really rude and pushy. They really should get some proper training on how to talk to customers without being so aggressive. Honestly, if someone’s shouting at me over the phone like that, I wouldn’t dream of buying anything off them. Not a fan of that number at all - 02392505459.

This is a call centre connected to the 02 brand. It's full of rude, clueless youngsters who don't seem to have a clue. If you ask them to take your number off their list, they might actually do it, but honestly, you're better off just switching providers than dealing with these muppets.

This number’s definitely from an 02 call centre. The people answering are pretty daft and rude. If you tell them to take your number off their list, sometimes they will, but honestly, your best bet is to just switch from 02 altogether.

I got a call from some 02 group call centre and honestly the people on the line sounded like they barely knew what they were doing, proper daft and clueless. Told them to take me off their list, but who knows if that'll actually happen. Honestly, you’d probably be better off just ditching 02 altogether.
