I received a call from someone claiming to be Michael O'Leary, who said he had a conversation with my employer a few months back about our BT lines. This chap was quite insistent and seemed unwilling to accept my refusal. Quite the intrusive experience!

He insisted he was calling regarding our BT line and mentioned he had a conversation with my employer way back in July 2017. The thing is, we don't even have a BT line!
