I've absolutely no idea who this might be.

We’re also receiving persistent calls from both numbers. When we tried returning one of them, a recorded voice informed us that the office was closed.

I've just received a similar call about renewing our contract. They only had our mobile number, not the landline we use or our names. Cheers and goodbye for now!

I believe this company goes by the name QMS, and from what I gather, they’re associated with E2Saves in some capacity.

We received a call on our Galaxy Tab, which we never typically use for making or receiving calls, so we decided to pass on answering it. It seems like these folks are just dialing away randomly. There really ought to be some regulations in place to curb this nuisance!

I doubt this call was genuinely from Vodafone; the individuals who reached out identified themselves as E2save, which is associated with Carphone Warehouse, claiming they were looking to upgrade our Vodafone contract.

I've been getting calls from these numbers repeatedly, but the moment I pick up, they hang up. It's incredibly frustrating! So far, I've had two different numbers doing the exact same thing, including one starting with 02392505090. Honestly, it’s rather vexing!

Honestly, these chaps are incredibly pushy and just won’t take a hint. They've bombarded us with calls-12 times in a single week, can you believe it? We've made it crystal clear that we’re not interested, especially since our contract isn’t due until next year. Their 70-day timeline is just nonsense. All we’re asking for is to be left in peace-no more ringing, please!

I've been getting calls from this number, and it's rather puzzling! Anyone else had similar experiences?

We keep getting calls from this number, so we decided to ring them back. Turns out it’s Vodafone trying to entice you into an upgrade. The background was absolutely chaos with all the noise!

There seems to be a Vodafone affiliate promoting a cheaper phone plan, but I can’t shake off this uneasy feeling about it. Everything just feels a bit dodgy, doesn’t it?

Hello there! It seems like the calls you're receiving aren't really worth getting flustered about. It indicates that you're nearing the end of your 70-week contract with Vodafone. They have a habit of holding off on offering you an upgrade until the very last moment. Meanwhile, these other callers are just stepping in and presenting you with options before Vodafone gets around to it. They do this legally and earn a modest commission from brands like Nokia and HTC for shifting their devices. While it can be a bit tiresome to deal with these calls, that’s essentially their game.

I reached out directly to Vodafone to inquire about the number 02392504219, which has been repeatedly calling us. They informed me that this particular call centre isn't affiliated with them. So, I would advise against upgrading your service with them.

Associated with Carphone Warehouse’s E2Save, this experience has been quite unpleasant. The moment we mentioned that we weren’t interested in an upgrade, their attitude changed dramatically. They even rang our second phone, which isn’t up for any renewal at all. Based on what we’ve witnessed on the watchdog programme, we’d rather not deal with them for upgrades. In fact, we'll only consider upgrades straight from Vodafone.

I received a couple of nuisance calls from this number today while I was busy with work, so I didn't pick up.
