My sister-in-law, who’s eighty-six and unfortunately suffers from dementia, received two phone calls from this number instructing her to go to the bank to transfer funds. It’s utterly distressing as she lives alone and the calls left her quite shaken. What's particularly horrendous is the threats she received about not disclosing these conversations to anyone. The initial call came through on Tuesday, 31st October, followed by another today, 4th November, both in the morning. I’d be incredibly grateful if you could investigate this matter and put an end to such harassment. Thank you kindly for your assistance.
