I received a call earlier today from this number, which is local to us as we're also in the 0239 area. It felt quite odd because it resembled a typical text message interaction rather than a phone call. The caller identified as "Ticket Office," but then promptly hung up. Quite peculiar, indeed!

I've received five calls from this number, each spaced only a couple of minutes apart, which is incredibly irritating. All I get is a voicemail beep, and there's no one on the other end to respond.

I received three calls within just ten minutes, and not a single word was uttered-only obnoxious beeping sounds akin to a fax machine. I'm starting to feel quite frustrated. I've already registered my number with the Telephone Preference Service, but it doesn’t seem to make much difference!

Crikey, this persistent number just wouldn’t let up! It only ceased its onslaught once my voicemail picked up. Upon replaying the six messages, I found they were all from the same caller, and it was just an irritating fax noise! What a hassle! 😩

My phone won’t stop buzzing, it keeps ringing constantly, even if I pick it up and hang up straight away, the ringing just goes on. I keep getting calls from this number and also 02392 943 753 nearly every day, sometimes like ten times a week. It’s so annoying, I just don’t pick up anymore. They even ring pretty early in the morning too.

Lately, I've noticed an influx of calls from different numbers, and one in particular, 02392386688, claims our electricity will be disconnected at 11:00. Best to avoid responding!

I had three missed calls this morning; the phone only rang for a couple of seconds each time. On the third attempt, I finally decided to answer, and what do I hear? A message claiming my account has been credited. Quite strange! I've got myself registered with the Telephone Preference Service and never share my home or mobile number with anyone I'm not acquainted with. It's baffling how these callers manage to obtain my details. I reckon they ought to assist the government in locating individuals because it seems they’re having a right old struggle!

I began receiving these peculiar calls yesterday morning, first from a number that finishes in 577, and now from this other one. When I pick up, there's a recorded message stating I've got a message from my nephew who’s currently overseas, yet there’s nothing of the sort waiting for me. It keeps ringing every hour and a half like clockwork. Interestingly, he did reach out via Skype on the same day the calls began, mentioning that his laptop has contracted a virus. Is there a chance this could be connected?

I've been inundated with calls from this number, ringing incessantly - sometimes as much as six times in just a few hours! It's maddening! I've noticed another bothersome number, 02087599577, which I suspect is linked to these persistent pests. Could you look into this and perhaps put an end to their incessant botheration? I’ve just received a call from this number, and it was a rather fleeting message instructing me to get in touch with another number. Turns out, it belonged to the SMS service of Boots opticians. Given that my partner and son have an appointment booked in the coming weeks, it all clicks into place. I suppose this is a typical scenario when someone attempts to send a text to a landline that doesn’t support such a service? Honestly, it feels a bit shabby and rather unprofessional to communicate this way.

I've had this number ring me four times this morning alone, and they did the same last night after 8 o'clock! It’s a real nuisance. They just mangle the number and then say 'yo' before cutting off. To top it off, I'm getting similar calls from 02087599577 and even the ridiculous 123456789! What on earth can I do to put an end to this madness?

I've received numerous calls from this number, but given the barrage of nuisance calls - especially from 02087599577 - I’ve taken to ignoring my phone when it rings. Once I finish, I’ll check who it was with 1471 and 1571, and if it's someone familiar, I'll return their call. Otherwise, they’re just left to hang. As for the endless chatter regarding telecom companies turning a blind eye to these bothersome calls, it’s clear that they aren’t focused on providing a proper service - that would go against their interests and likely dent their profits. Just a little theory of mine: perhaps they’re the ones pulling the strings behind these unsolicited calls, aiming to tempt us into signing up for their pricey call-blocking solutions.

It's frustrating when you get these bothersome calls from a text-to-speech service, especially at ridiculous hours like 10:05 in the evening! I received a staggering seven calls yesterday on Sunday, from 9 in the morning until 9 in the evening, and today there were another six between 8 and 10:38. I received a rather muddled voicemail from this number, and having perused the comments from others, it appears they've encountered similar issues. Curiously, the message referenced an eBay PIN, prompting me to consider reporting this to eBay, as it certainly doesn’t reflect well on their reputation. It seems quite likely that this could be a scam of some sort, but the specifics are a bit elusive. My voicemail didn’t instruct me to make a return call, yet the fact that I dialled 1471 to trace the number and subsequently searched for it online indicates that I had some interest. Had I not had access to Google, I might have simply returned the call, which could potentially be where the scam takes flight. I’d be keen to know if anyone has further insight into what this could be.

I recently found myself puzzling over a rather jumbled voicemail from the number 02392 386688. The message was something along the lines of "my single use ?bacon was 74.07," and it advised me to ring +447781 470659. However, we were away when it came through, so I didn’t pick up.

To add to the confusion, I received an email prompting me to update my eBay password, despite the fact that I shut down my eBay account a few months back... Could there possibly be a link between these two odd occurrences?

My phone keeps getting calls claiming I have a message waiting, yet the number is unrecognisable. I've attempted to return the call, but it’s persistently engaged. It's a bit frustrating, and I believe something ought to be done to put an end to these nuisance calls.

Someone rang me up claiming they had a message for me from a different number, which I wasn't quick enough to jot down. The whole thing was just a single, gruff sound.

I've just received another call from this number, 02392386688, claiming they’ve located my dog. The thing is, I’ve never owned a dog at all! Stay vigilant, everyone!

Within just ten minutes, I've had four automated texts informing me that someone is on their way to my house on the 3rd of February. I've attempted to ring the number back multiple times, but all I ever get is a busy signal. It's becoming quite frustrating and, to be honest, a bit concerning.

I've received three calls from this number this evening, but all I got was an incomprehensible message that made no sense whatsoever.

I've been receiving calls from this number incessantly, ringing me every hour on the hour. When I finally answer, it provides me with a mobile number and claims that I've been billed a certain amount. It goes on to say that my account won't be put on hold. Quite baffling, really!

On Sunday morning, my mother, who’s 87, received three phone calls in less than an hour. It really unsettled her.

I've received a couple of calls from these strangers already-honestly, it's infuriating! My relative is unwell, and I'm absolutely knackered lying in bed. It's enough to send anyone over the edge! I'm seriously contemplating getting rid of the landline altogether. Thankfully, I can block these nuisances on my mobile, and being on PAYG means I get free calls. It's maddening! 01/09/04 @ 11:17 am

I’ve noticed this number cropping up on my phone bill, and to be honest, neither my wife nor I have the foggiest about the company behind it. Just a heads up for everyone!

I received two calls from this number earlier today. It turned out to be a pre-recorded message from Go Outdoors about an order I had placed for pick-up. It seems this number is likely employed by various retailers to get in touch with their clientele.

I've been bombarded with numerous calls from this number, particularly after I’ve chosen to ignore even more from 02087599577. It’s obvious someone’s up to no good. Honestly, wouldn’t it be more palatable to fork out our taxes if agencies like GCHQ, which we’re essentially financing, focused on hunting down these pesky callers? It’s far more pressing than their current habit of prying into everyone’s private lives.

It’s been non-stop ringing every 40 minutes or so. The messages are all jumbled and incoherent. It’s absolutely driving me up the wall!

My elderly mother received a rather distressing phone call from these fools, claiming she had forgotten about a doctor's appointment. Honestly, how morally bankrupt can they possibly be?

Hello there! I've been receiving persistent calls from the number 02392386688. When I tried ringing them back, the line was constantly engaged. My sister has also had her fair share of dealings with them, and it seems her misfortunes began right after she picked up. They claimed to be from Microsoft, and to cut a long story short, they were pressuring her for payment related to a package she hadn't even downloaded! Quite the dodgy business, if you ask me.

I've received a couple of robocalls from this number, rambling on about hotmail.com in a rather unclear manner. It's plainly a scam, whatever they're attempting to peddle.

Received a peculiar message from this number reminding me about a bikini wax appointment at 1.15 today. The trouble is, I haven't made any such booking! When I tried calling back, the line seems to be constantly busy. Quite baffled, to be honest!

I'm feeling rather anxious since I've noticed a number of transactions appearing on my accounts as well. I'm currently occupied with updating my passwords. I've even received calls claiming that vast sums have been transferred into my account.

I received an automated call yesterday that kicked off with a jumbled version of what sounds like a friend's name, followed by a blunt 'end of message'. Quite peculiar! It’s the same story with two numbers, 02087599577 and 02392943753. They just started bothering me.

I’ve just had a call from this number, and it was some sort of automated message. It mentioned a reference number and claimed it had something crucial to do with a Microsoft Account. How utterly perplexing!

My husband has been receiving persistent calls from this number, accompanied by text messages claiming his loan application is prepared for collection via Quick Quid. The truth is, we haven’t submitted any such application. I reached out to Quick Quid directly, and they assured me it’s a scam, so we’ve been advised not to engage with them at all! Initially, an Asian lady had contacted us directly, and we made it clear that we hadn’t applied for anything; it’s definitely fraudulent. Now, we seem to be inundated with these text messages. As a precautionary measure, we've informed our bank to ensure that no funds are siphoned off without our consent, and we’ve also taken steps to cancel our bank cards.

I haven’t received any texts from this number, but it’s worth verifying if your phone line is associated with any sensitive info tied to an email account. The numbers 02392386688 and 02033653324 seem to be connected to some alterations, which likely means they’re tied to server activities. Any communications could pertain to anyone living in your home, so they might not be as private as they should be. Best to tread carefully!

Got a couple of calls on Sunday morning back-to-back, and there was this robotic voice blaring out a message so rapidly that I couldn't catch the details. It went on to claim it was from Microsoft, saying my account had somehow been credited with an astonishing £27 million, 576 thousand and 41 pence! If only that were true, eh? But I'm quite certain it's just a scam designed to lure me into calling them back at some extortionate rate. I'll be steering clear of that nonsense, thank you very much!
