Watch out, it's a total con - they claim to be from Microsoft and try to get into your PC. They'll ask what websites you visit and what you buy online, then throw a bunch of numbers and letters at you, calling them licence info. I'm sure they'll then tell you to swap your info with theirs so they can take over your machine. Don't fall for it!

watch out for ppi scams trying to swindle you. they usually struggle with english and if they ask if you can hear them, dont say yes or they might use your voice recording to trick you into agreeing to stuff. never trust those calls!
