However, these folks appear blissfully unaware of the Phone Preference Service. They have persistently ignored the regulations, which is rather frustrating. In fact, I've reached out to the TPS about them three times in the last five months.

In light of our earlier update, we've now received word from the Information Commissioner's Office. They've officially taken charge of the situation involving the Telephone Preference Service and have delivered a stern warning to the company due to their ongoing violations of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations of 2003. It seems this matter is being taken quite seriously!
