Could someone please block this number? I keep getting calls from it and don’t recognise who it is. It’s been causing my phone bill to skyrocket every month. Really need to stop it!

Since July 2017, I noticed this number keeps being dialled from my line, sometimes up to 20 times a month. The weird part is, I don't even have a phone, so I couldn't have made those calls. Each month I'm getting charged around £15 to £20 for these calls, which is really odd considering they're supposedly from my number. Can someone please help me get this sorted and stop these charges?
