I've been getting calls from this number all the time, and they keep saying they're from BT Openreach. Today I lost my cool and ended up telling the person on the line "just keep yapping like a dog, you b***h." When I asked her to stop being rude, she said she always talks to customers like me like that. Thing is, I'm not even their customer! Now I’m feeling really shaken up and frightened.
