I've been receiving relentless calls from this number purporting to be from BT Openreach. Today, I finally snapped and told the caller, "You’re just yapping at me like a mutt, you horrible person." I firmly requested her to stop with the insults, but she coolly replied that she speaks to all customers like this. The kicker is, I’m not even one of their clients! Honestly, I'm feeling quite shaken and unnerved by the whole experience.
