I’d say just block the number. On an iPhone, save it in your contacts as Call Centre, then head to settings, tap on phone, then blocked calls, and add it from your contacts. This is definitely a dodgy call centre trying to scam!

I got a voicemail claiming I was owed compensation for a delayed American Airlines flight. I decided to call back and play along for a bit. The woman on the other end quickly asked for my bank info. Instead of giving anything, I told her what she was doing was completely wrong and she ought to be embarrassed. She didn’t take it well - called me a b***h and hung up immediately!
