Just block it! If you're on an iPhone, save the number as "Call Centre" in your contacts. Then head to settings, go to the phone section, find blocked contacts, and add it from your saved list.

I got a voicemail claiming I was owed compensation for a delayed American Airlines flight. I decided to call back and play along for a bit. The woman on the other end quickly asked for my bank info.
