Curious, I wanted to know the purpose of their call, but instead of a proper answer, I got hit with a cheeky remark asking if I was always this impolite-mind you, I hadn’t been rude at all! It escalated quickly when they resorted to name-calling, throwing around expletives like it was nothing. That’s when I decided it was best to just end the call!
