It was clear they were fishing for my banking information. The person on the line even requested the one-time password they’d sent over. They dangled a 30% discount on my O2 plan as bait. No chance, I've blocked them immediately!

Somebody saying they were calling from O2 called me up telling me about a 20% price cut on my plan. They asked for an OTP they'd just sent to me, then the line went dead right after. Seems dodgy to me.
