Received a flurry of calls from this number, and each time I picked up, there was absolute silence on the other end. Is it some sort of automated dialler at play?

Absolutely a con! The caller claimed to be from Three, but upon me mentioning that I wasn't a customer (though I actually am, just trying to catch the scam), she started fishing for which provider I used and wouldn’t stop babbling. I eventually cut the call short.

Claiming to be from Three, they were rather pushy. When I questioned their request for my personal information and expressed my concerns about it possibly being a scam, they just abruptly ended the call! Quite suspicious, if you ask me.

I picked up the call, and it was as though he was completely oblivious that I had responded. He just burst out laughing with the chap sat beside him. I interjected with a, 'Pardon?' and before I knew it, he had already disconnected the line.

I recently received a rather unexpected call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming to be from Three, my mobile network provider. She began by mentioning how great it was that I consistently settled my monthly bill punctually, and then she offered me some enticing discounts on my contract. However, as she inquired about the phone I was currently using, I detected a shift in the conversation. Before I knew it, she was probing for my personal information. I firmly told her I wasn’t interested, and promptly ended the call. Just a heads-up to everyone - stay vigilant!
