Got a call from a number that turned out to be a Telefonica scam, be careful!

I just had a missed call on my phone. After seeing what others have said about this number, I’ve decided to block it! Quite glad I did! 😄

I chose not to pick up as I didn't recognise the number. I'm with O2. I've now deleted the contact and blocked it just to be safe from any unwanted spam.

Got a call off someone saying they were from O2, but they wouldn't say who owned the account they were ringing about. They didn't know my answer to the security question either. Kept pushing to get my info without any proper checks. Definitely a scam!

I received a call claiming to be from o2, but when I inquired about the reason for their call, they simply hung up on me. Sounds rather dodgy, if you ask me. I’m currently an o2 customer, so I can confidently say their customer service doesn’t operate like that!
