Got a call from some James Winter over in Berry - he was pretty pushy and kind of rude too. Wouldn't say why he needed to speak to the business owner, kept saying he’d already talked to them before lockdown and was told to ring back. Didn’t sit right with me at all. Decided to look him up online and found out he’s from a telecom firm, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number. It’s a relief to have the internet these days!

This bloke just won’t give up, keeps ringing again and again without a care. It’s like a tug of war, see who cracks under the pressure. I reckon I’ll be the one to cave in first, probably tell him to piss off. But if he ever gets through to the MD, good luck to him! The MD will be straight up rude and tell him to stop wasting our time. I’m looking forward to that day more than anything.

We've been getting constant calls at work from some bloke named James Winter. He claims he's talked to our director before, but honestly, I don't buy it - he doesn't even get the name right! Every time he rings, he just keeps repeating he's from Berry, never explaining what it's about. It's like talking to a broken record. We've had enough and blocked the number, so luckily we shouldn't have to deal with him anymore!

Got a call from some James Winter at BERRY TELECOM. When I mentioned I don’t deal with telecom companies, he was all like, “Where on earth did you hear that?” He wouldn't straight up confirm if he was actually from a telecom firm. Funny thing is, he’d rung me a couple of days earlier and already told me he was with them.

Got a call from James Winter the other day, and he kept dodging any straight answers about what the call was regarding. You can spot these types a mile off - they’ll say thank you as if asking for the manager’s name means you’re forced to talk to them or something. Just got a call from this James bloke, was after the MD. When I told him he wasn't here, he said he usually rings him on his mobile but forgot the number at the office and asked if I could lend it to him. When I said no, he just hung up on me. Sneaky move, James!

Got a call out of the blue from some bloke named James who claimed he’d chatted with the owner a few weeks back. Weird, cos the owner never picks up the phone. James was pretty tight-lipped about what his company actually does or why he was ringing. Sounded all posh and a bit full of himself! Honestly, I’m hoping he rings again so I can mess with him a bit before hanging up.

Received a call from someone named James Winter who wanted to speak to our MD using just his first name. When he wasn't about, I requested info to leave a note. However, Steve kept refusing to say what company he was from or why he was calling, even after I asked three times. He claimed he’d chatted with our MD recently and said it was of a personal nature, then pressed twice more about when the MD might be reachable. We’ve since blocked the number from getting through again.

Got a call back from some bloke named James Winter who said he'd chatted with our director last month and wanted to speak with him again. Our director had no clue who this James was. James kept insisting it was about some 'info' on Berry company, but whenever I asked him what info exactly, he just kept pushing to get through to our director. I told him straight up, no details, no pass through. Eventually, he just hung up. Don’t let these overly friendly but persistent callers get the better of you, people.

I got a call from some guy named James Winter asking for our MD. When I tried to find out where he was ringing from and what he wanted, he was quite blunt and rude. He just said something about Berry Group and told me it wasn’t my business, insisting he needed to speak to the MD. When I asked what the call was about or which organisation he was from, he kept avoiding the questions. I told him the director wasn’t available, and he said he’d ring back later. Complete scam! James tricks his way into having a chat by claiming he’s already talked to the boss and that they’ll recognise him. He just doesn’t take no for an answer. Ended up hanging up on him. So, this bloke James Winter rings up asking to speak to the company director by name. When I asked why, he just said "he'll know what it's about, we had a chat a few weeks back and he'll want to take my call". He sounded pretty pushy and a bit rude when I questioned him, especially since he was calling a number we only use for marketing and never give out to people we know. She was quite casual, using his first name like they were mates, and said she was ringing from a place called Berry. Thing is, the director’s never heard of her or the company. Definitely felt dodgy. Got a call from KTI Business Consultants today. They asked straight away for the MD by name and claimed they’d emailed and chatted with me before. That’s total rubbish - no emails, no calls, nothing. So frustrating! Honestly, they should be stopped from calling people like this.

this berry group keeps ringing our office, always asking for the boss by name. they keep saying they chatted last decemeber and were told to ring again in january. but when i ask what it’s in relation to, they just say it’s a matter between themselves and my boss. they’ve called loads of times with the exact same story. problem is, my boss has never had any conversation with them and given how dodgy and unclear they sound, he wouldnt bother answering even if he knew who they were.
