I’m proper annoyed with this woman who called me! She had my name right and asked if I was still up for doing some extra work. I told her I wasn’t interested at all. Then she said I must’ve applied because my name, email, and phone number were on their system. I tried explaining that the surname she gave wasn’t mine and maybe someone messed up the digits on the phone number (these things happen). But she just accused me of lying and kept arguing about who I am! I kept saying she doesn’t know me, so she can’t claim I’m fibbing. She just carried on arguing until I finally hung up. If this was a genuine company, they wouldn’t be so pushy and rude over a simple mistake.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT, wanted details about our phone setup to provide a quote. Didn't feel right, so I refused to share anything. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
