I received a warning from my phone security system about this number being potentially dodgy, so I thought it best to steer clear. I've gone ahead and blocked it entirely-02382280465.

They rang me up three times claiming I had insurance for my TV remote and aerial cables since 2021, and said because I hadn’t used it, the payments had dropped to £398 to cover the remainder. I told them flat out I never signed up for anything like that and hung up. They called again saying I was being rude and that I either had to pay the discounted amount or the full price. I ended the call again, but then they rang back at my husband, who said I wasn’t home. She insisted she just spoke to me! My husband hung up, and they called once more straight away. We just ignored it, and after a bit they stopped, though they did try again a few minutes later. We haven’t picked up since.
