I received three phone calls from these chaps claiming I had signed up for a five-year insurance policy back in 2021 for my TV remote and aerial cables. They stated that since I hadn't claimed anything, they were reducing my payments to £398 to settle up for the remaining time. I firmly told them I hadn’t agreed to any such policy and hung up. They rang again, admonishing me for being impolite and insisting I had to meet the new payment or face the full amount. I disconnected, and when my husband answered the next call, he informed them I wasn’t available. They insisted I was even though he’d just spoken to me! He hung up on them, but they rang right back. We decided to ignore them, and they continued to call back a few minutes later, which we’ve also chosen to skip.
