I suspect this could be a dodgy operation! They called me inquiring about whether I’d purchased an iPhone 13 through my Amazon account, and then attempted to persuade me to change my password by sending a verification code via text. I swiftly hung up and reached out to Amazon directly to reset my password just to be safe.
