I received a call from someone claiming to be with Sky, and they mentioned they were able to process a refund for me. All they required were my bank details. However, I was puzzled - what refund are they on about? Apparently, it was for an overpayment on my Sky bill, or so he stated. I didn’t waste any time and hung up.
