While I was on the call, I overheard someone from the company muttering something like "....is a w***er" before they suddenly noticed I was listening in. When I confronted the agent, they quickly denied it, saying "I've never uttered a swear word, not once!" I called them out as being untruthful, and figured there was no point in arguing further since I wasn’t really bothered. Just a heads up for them to be careful with their language, especially when calls might be recorded or live.
