I've had a right nuisance this morning with seven phone calls; it feels like constant annoyance!

I decided to try out a company named "Home Logic" after filling in an online form that promised a £1,500 voucher for loft insulation improvements. Soon after, I got a call from the number 0238 1680581, which I discovered belonged to them. So, I wouldn’t label it as spam at all. I arranged a survey with them, and the surveyor was really polite and friendly. He showed me a video explaining the process and gave me a quote. I told him straight away I needed to think it over and wouldn’t be making a decision for a couple of weeks. He didn’t pressure me in any way, which I appreciated. Eventually, I went ahead and paid a deposit. The job was scheduled promptly, but when the first pair of young installers showed up, they were polite but their equipment broke down, and despite their best attempts, they couldn't fix it. So, the job had to be delayed. I asked if the original two could come back, but instead, two different guys arrived and things went downhill. Apparently, Home Logic thought I’d cancelled the job, so they sent me a full refund by cheque, even though I hadn’t cancelled at all. After that, I rang them up and booked again - this was about the end of September 2022. But then, nobody turned up on the day, and the office apologised, saying they couldn't reach the installers. I think they were running late on another job and missed the calls from their manager. They promised someone would call me the next morning but no one did. By this point, I was totally fed up. It would have been a nightmare trying to juggle all this if I’d taken time off work. So, on 1st October 2022, I officially cancelled the whole thing. Now, I’m about to head to the bank to pay in the cheque they sent when they thought I’d cancelled. I imagine it’ll clear without trouble and hopefully, the deposit issue is all sorted now.

I've had this number ring my mobile five times now - three times just yesterday and another two today. It’s really starting to get on my nerves.

Got these calls from this number starting today, 26th September. They’ve rung me thrice already by 4.30pm. I answered the first one without checking who it was, but as soon as I heard the voice, I hung up straight away. Normally, I avoid picking up calls from numbers I don’t know. Does anyone recognize Voxbone SA? This is really starting to irritate me.

Since about 22nd of June, this number has been ringing me nearly every day, but it always hangs up before I get to pick up. It’s really frustrating and I’m properly fed up with it now.
