Reports on phone number 02381680581
4 yearsI've had a right nuisance this morning with seven phone calls; it feels like constant annoyance!4 yearsThe number 0238 1680581 belongs to a business called "Home Logic," which specialises in the installation of spray foam loft insulation. If you happen to complete an online form that offers a £1,500 discount voucher for improving your home's insulation, expect a callback from this number. Hence, I wouldn't classify it as a spam call. I've gathered this information firsthand, as I filled out the form myself. They arranged for a surveyor to visit, and a wonderfully courteous gentleman came to assess the situation. He presented me with a video detailing their process and provided a quote. I made it clear that I prefer to ponder my decisions and conduct thorough research before moving forward, and that it might be a couple of weeks before I could make a decision. At no moment did he rush or pressure me in any way. He simply shared a video of their work and left me with the proposal. Eventually, I decided to proceed and put down a deposit. They promptly scheduled the installation. The first two young men who arrived were exceptionally polite, respectful, and congenial. However, things took a turn when their equipment malfunctioned or got blocked, if I recall correctly. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to rectify the issue, and the job had to be postponed. I requested that the same two lads return if at all possible. Regrettably, a different pair showed up, and the day did not unfold as hoped. Home Logic mistakenly believed I had cancelled the installation, which was far from the truth. Yet, due to their misunderstanding, they kindly reimbursed my deposit in full via cheque. I made another call, and we set a new installation date-I believe it was Thursday, 29th September 2022. However, no one turned up that day. The office staff were very apologetic but couldn't reach the installers. My suspicion is that they had commenced a job prior to mine that ran late, preventing them from answering their manager's calls. They assured me someone would get in touch first thing on Friday morning, but the call never came. Honestly, I’ve reached the point of utter fatigue with this whole ordeal. It would have been catastrophic had anyone been forced to take time off work for each appointment! I've truly reached my limit. On 1st October 2022, I called and formally cancelled the service. Now, I'm about to attempt to cash the cheque they sent when they erroneously believed I'd cancelled. I’m aware this may have been halted, but I trust I’ll have no trouble getting my deposit back in the end.Home Logic4 yearsCalled my mobile three times yesterday and then hit me up twice today. It's honestly quite irritating!4 yearsThis number has been incessantly ringing me since today, 26th September. As of 4:30 PM, I’ve received three calls, which is quite frustrating. I foolishly answered the first call without checking the caller ID, as I usually have a rule about not answering unknown numbers. Upon hearing a voice, I immediately hung up. Is there anyone out there who can shed light on what Voxbone SA is all about? It’s really becoming quite bothersome.Voxbone SA4 yearsSince the 22nd of June, this number has been ringing me almost every day, but as soon as I pick up, the call gets cut off. It’s rather frustrating, and I can't say I’m not a bit fed up with it all.4 yearsReceived a phone call from a so-called company claiming they had a £1500 voucher for spray foam roof insulation. They seemed far too eager to come over and carry out a "survey" at my home. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!Submit Your Own Report (023 8168 0581)
