Got a call from 02381600478, sounded like one of those usual Indian call centre voices. They pretended to be from MSN and said they needed to fix a virus on my PC, even used my real name to sound legit. Honestly, just hung up straight away, don’t fall for it. They try the same scam with 0014423816 as well. Stay cautious!

Just had a complete muppet on the phone trying to get me to do stuff on my PC. Pretty sure it was some dodgy scam to either sneak a virus in or grab my bank info. Proper dodgy and totally illegal stuff, watch out!

Had a call from a bloke with a strong Asian accent, maybe Indian, claiming to ring on behalf of Microsoft. He was asking me to switch on my PC and said he'd check my Windows licence. Then, he wanted me to read out the key beside the Ctrl button on my keyboard. I started messing about to waste his time, and it soon became clear he wasn't happy I wasn’t cooperating. To my surprise, he ended up swearing at me - guess these scam callers aren’t just bad at their scams, but also bad at keeping their cool!

Just got a call from a bloke with a thick accent, sounded like he might've been Indian, but the line was really dodgy. He claimed to be calling from Microsoft about my computer and brought up something about my MS licence. I told him I was confused since I hadn't reported any issues, and then he started rambling on about how legit he was because he supposedly had all my info (which I seriously doubt). I ended the call and then dialled 1471 to check the number.
