Just got one of these daft scam calls again, it was the same story - loads of questions about people I’ve never met, then something about surveys and mobile providers. They’re clearly just trying to trick anyone who might be gullible enough to fall for it. If you get a call like this, do yourself a favour and block it straight away or just don’t bother answering.
