I received a call that showed it was from Hamm, Germany. When I picked up, they immediately disconnected, but I could faintly hear some chatter in the background.

I’ve been receiving calls from a bustling call centre, and the individuals on the line had quite pronounced Pakistani accents. They claimed that I had expressed a prior interest in supplementing my income, which is absolutely not the case! I reckon this is yet another dodgy number trying to pull a fast one on unsuspecting folk!

The call seemed to come from some sort of busy call centre, and the person on the other end didn’t speak great English, so it was hard to follow everything. From what I got, they were saying I was interested in making some extra money, which I definitely never said. I told them to take me off their calling list. Even after that, they kept trying to talk over me, not listening at all. In the end, I just ended the call and blocked their number.

I didn’t even pick up, just signed up on a site and now my phone keeps buzzing with annoying calls, this one’s just another to add to the pile.

Got a call from some bloke with a thick Pakistani accent, claiming to be “Sebastian Jones” from Nationwide Building Society. He said if I didn’t hand over all my card info for a “security check,” he’d shut down my account. I told him straight up it was rubbish and a scam. Then he started hurling all sorts of insults - calling me the F-word B-word and throwing some random Urdu phrases at me. After that, I just blocked the number.
