I've politely requested on several occasions for them to take my number off their list and cease these calls. Just moments ago, I had yet another conversation with one of their representatives, and when I tried to find out the name and purpose of their firm, he abruptly hung up on me. No courtesy, no apology-just silence. Quite frustrating, indeed!

Got a call about loft insulation from a number that looked local to Southampton but it definitely felt like it was from some call centre abroad. Since our number isn’t listed and we’ve clearly asked not to be contacted, I marked it as harassment cos they really shouldn’t be ringing us up.

I was rather preoccupied at the time, so I respectfully turned him down. However, he seemed quite relentless, continually trying to reach me.
