A chap rang me up insisting he could cut down my TV upkeep expenses. When I mentioned that I hadn’t made any payments for that, he posited that he had documentation from Barclays Bank proving otherwise, firmly claiming this statement was beyond dispute. I informed him that I didn’t hold an account with Barclays at all, and suggested he was merely frittering away my time. I then decided to hang up on him.
