Was quite unpleasant really - I asked for the Managing Director, which we never actually connect calls to, and they just said he wasn’t free. Then without warning, they just hung up on me. Proper rude behaviour.

What a rubbish telecom firm! I told them my MD doesn’t answer his phone, so basically said he wasn’t around, and they just cut me off mid-call. So rude, honestly!
