I got a rather unsettling phone call from this number, purporting to be from the police. They mentioned that they had received an emergency call from my number, which was a bit alarming. Strangely, they seemed to be aware of my location and began inquiring about my personal details, like my name and postcode. When I informed them that I had no record of any emergency call in my call history, the conversation took a turn. They concluded that since I resided outside Hampshire, they wouldn’t require any more details from me. Quite bizarre, to say the least!

I received a voicemail the other day claiming that a 999 emergency call had been placed from my number. The peculiar thing is, I’ve checked, and there’s absolutely no record of such a call in my history. The number seems legit, but I’m convinced that the call they're talking about never happened. I haven't taken any action yet, but if this recurs, I will definitely contact the police for clarification. Quite frankly, I was fast asleep at 4:20 in the morning when this call supposedly took place, so unless my cats have suddenly learned how to dial, it definitely wasn’t my phone that made that call!
