I got a letter that listed this number as a point of contact. It stated that they're terminating my insurance policy for various reasons. However, the policy number they mentioned was unfamiliar, and it belongs to a company that isn't even one I have a policy with! How odd is that?

I've received two phone calls from a number claiming to be my insurance provider. They insisted that I send over various personal documents, including proof of address for the past five years, my driving licence, and even my DVLA password; they warned that my insurance would be cancelled if I didn't comply. When I requested to speak with a manager, my pleas were ignored. I also tried to reach out to their complaints team, but that too was denied. I asked for a callback from a manager, but I'm still waiting for a response.

Absolute con! They've been requesting photographs of driving licences, utility bills, and various proofs of identity and address. Definitely not legitimate!
