So this lady called from “Comptec” and asked for me by my last name, then said she wanted to give me a £30 voucher for shopping. I just told her “yeah right” and hung up. I’m really tired of these annoying calls, some of them feel a bit iffy too. I usually get loads each day, mostly about Amazon Prime or some internet company on my home phone. It’s well frustrating.

They called me asking for a few mins to tell me about some shopping vouchers, but it felt off. Told them to delete my info from their records and have since blocked the number. Dodgy if you ask me!

I didn’t say a word when I picked up, and the person on the other end just disconnected straight away.

Some woman called saying she’d give me a voucher for spending in shops or online if I just answered a couple of questions. Honestly, I don’t have time to waste on stuff like that.

They keep calling me nonstop, but I never pick up since I’m pretty sure it’s spam. Honestly, they should be banned or something. I just wish I had a way to block them for good.

Got a call from a blocked number just like the one someone else mentioned about vouchers. I told her I wasn't interested but she kept saying she wasn’t trying to sell me anything. I asked her to remove me from their calling list. Honestly, I don’t even know how this blocked number managed to get through.

This lady called Bernie was on the phone offering me a £30 shopping voucher. I said I wasn’t bothered and she started getting really moody about it. I told her to maybe pass it on to someone who might want it, and then she got even more annoyed, so I just ended the call from the pushy woman.

So this guy called up and asked for me by name, but I didn’t say yes or anything, just asked who he was. Turned out he was trying to sell some electric folding beds. He kept repeating my name like he knew me. I told him I never said I was Mr xxxx, and he goes, "You didn’t say you weren’t." Then he cheekily asked to talk to my missus. Nah, we don’t do cold calls round here, mate.

Got a call from this number but there was no message left. Could be a scam or just annoying telemarketers, who knows! Just watch out - if they ring back and start asking for your personal info, don’t share anything. I’ve had enough and blocked it now.

I initially assumed this was a follow-up call from someone who was meant to ring me back. The first inquiry threw me off though, as they asked for my late father-in-law. Then, seemingly out of the blue, they enquired about his wife, claiming my number had been provided as a point of contact, which could very well be right given her hearing difficulties. When I pressed for clarity, they mentioned something about bed sales. It baffles me how they even acquired my number! My in-laws don't divulge many personal details, and any info typically shared is mostly related to their medical circumstances. I suspect it might have originated from hospital records. Regardless, I've now blocked that number.

I was expecting a call back from someone, so when this number rang I picked up. The very first thing they asked was about a person who's passed away - my father-in-law. Then they inquired if they could speak to his wife, explaining my number was given as a contact. That might be right since she struggles with hearing. When I asked what it was about, they mentioned bed sales. No idea how they got my number though, as my in-laws hardly share their details, and mine is mostly used for their medical affairs. I’ve heard it could be from hospital records. Anyway, I’ve blocked the number now.

These bed sales people are relentless, like some kung-fu masters or something. I tried ringing them back to ask them to remove my number, but their automated system said their voicemail was full and couldn’t accept any more messages, then it just hung up on me. Frustrating!

I received a call, but it was answered by an unfamiliar voice. They didn’t disclose their name or any reason for calling; all they mentioned was that they intended to add my details to some sort of database. Quite odd, if you ask me!

first off, they called using my previous address, which was odd. now it feels more like a sales pitch. to me, it just seems like some kind of scammer.
