This call is basically a sales pitch pretending to be some sort of official government program. They're pushing cavity wall insulation but use dodgy tactics to sell it. They claimed they'd send people round to the house for official damp inspections using fancy scanning gadgets. I've got mates who work in construction, and they said those devices are only used when there's a clear damp issue already known, like tracking down where the problem is. So the idea of them coming to do a full official scan is nonsense.
